No change in local drought conditions

The U.S. Drought Monitor weekly update was released today. At least in southeast Minnesota, north/northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin, there was no change in drought conditions. A few good storm systems would do us some good before we head into the rainy season. Or is this the rainy season? Anyway, we need some snow. And rain.
