Out of the deep freeze and staying mild for awhile

After a 6-day stretch of highs under 10° and overnight lows below zero, temperatures are back above average. This mild weather will continue all week long, even with a couple storm systems grazing the region. Even beyond that, temperatures are looking to remain above normal going into the first weekend of February with only some minor ups-and-downs.
