Overall mild, but still a rollercoaster to finish February

We’ll go from record warmth early next week to a snap of cold air late Tuesday through Wednesday. Monday’s highs will be into record territory and will add to our record of 50°+ days this winter. While I don’t think we’ll see more than a minor accumulation of snow late Tuesday into Wednesday, there will be a brief but big punch of cold air. Highs will drop to the 20s for some of us Wednesday before it warms up late next week to weekend. Looking a bit farther out, above normal warmth will continue well into the start of March.
