Today’s high of 46° in Rochester set a new record, beating the old record by 2 degrees. It won’t be quite as warm Tuesday due to cloud cover and a wind shift, but temperatures will rebound Wednesday, getting back into record territory. Unusually mild weather will continue for the next 7-10 days.
