Summer warmth to end the week and start the weekend

It’s been warm enough by May standards this entire week. Friday and Saturday are going to be even warmer. High temperatures will be nearing 80 degrees in northern Iowa Friday, and topping out around 80 degrees across southern Minnesota and northern Iowa on Saturday. Even when it gets cooler next week, temperatures will remain close to the seasonal norm for this time of year.
