Sunshine and unusual warmth return soon

This weekend will start cloudy and cool, and finish sunny and windy. Temperatures will climb back into the low to mid-50s Sunday afternoon as a ridge in the jet stream starts taking over. Next week will be unusually warm for mid-November. Highs will be climbing to more than 60 degrees in many locations next week, especially south of I-90. That warm spell looks to last at least through next week.
