Sunshine will emerge slowly Thursday

It’s going to be brighter to wrap up the week, but cloud cover will be slow to move east of us Thursday. For some in southeast Minnesota, especially from Olmsted to Fillmore county and east, clouds may not clear until after 4pm Thursday afternoon. Along I-35, sunshine will return a little earlier in the day and temperatures will respond appropriately.
