Warm, bright Wednesday with a few showers and storms

Another pleasant, summer day is ahead for Wednesday. There will be a few more showers and thunderstorms around Wednesday than there were Tuesday. However, we’re not looking at a threat for prolonged, heavy rain or severe weather.

Some lightning and brief downpours are possible. Any storms will remain isolated to scattered, and we’re not looking at widespread rain, so there’s a good chance many locations will miss out on rain.
