Warming up this weekend

After a few more days of seasonable warmth, temperatures will be on the rise this weekend. It doesn’t look like highs will be into record territory, but they will be nudging 90 degrees by Sunday afternoon. A large ridge in the jet stream will be responsible for summer heat from the upper Midwest down to the Gulf Coast.
