Weekend trending soggier

Rain coming in on a cold front late Friday is looking more likely to hang around into the weekend. Two things to note. The arrival of this cold front is trending a bit later. But it’s also looking to stall out to be the focus of a few waves of rain on Saturday and Sunday.

There’s still some time to diagnose the data. There are still a few shifting variables to diagnose so it’s still too early to discuss specific rainfall totals. We are, however, looking at trending things soggier.

Initially rainfall will include a few showers and storms. Severe weather doesn’t look probable. With time, persistent showers will be the focus.
