White Christmas unlikely at the moment…

The next week features more above-average temperatures heading into Christmas weekend. While there is some rain in the forecast around Christmas, it will not be nearly cold enough for snowfall to take place until after Christmas is over. Things can still change from over a week out, but a White Christmas (officially defined by the National Weather Service as 1″ of snow on the ground on Christmas morning) is not expected.
