Wind Chill Woes Return… Again

With the gusty winds and the much colder temperatures than what we saw last week, the wind chill will be a little bit of a factor. It won’t be enough to cause several people to get frostbite, but it’s not something that normally happens this time of year. As winds calm down throughout the day Monday and into Tuesday, the wind chill will become less of a factor.
