APS classes permanently moved out of Community Learning Center
(ABC 6 News) – The Austin Public Schools Superintendent Joey Page has confirmed that classes have moved out of the Austin Community Learning Center after bats were discovered in the building in early September.

Over the last two weeks the district move all the programs to the district’s elementary schools, and now they will remain in those buildings for the rest of the school year.
Superintendent Page said the district is working on a longer process to figure out what to do with those programs, and a facility evaluation will be done later this year.
