City of Austin schedules mosquito spray

(ABC 6 News) — The City of Austin will be spraying for mosquitos on Friday, July 19th.

The date is tentative due to weather conditions as rain and wind can impact the scheduling.

This will be a ground application and spraying will start after 7:00 PM and will continue throughout the night. The chemical that is used is not harmful to humans, animals, or plants. The spray is designed to target the adult mosquito.
