FAFSA will be delayed again

(ABC 6 News) — For the second year in a row, students and families will not get access to FAFSA on time.

The Education Department says it will start testing its system for the free application for financial student aid next month.

It is now promising that the form will be fully functional by the start of December. It is traditionally released in October.
