Fillmore County Emergency Management Director retires

(ABC 6 News) — The Fillmore County Emergency Management Director, Don Kullot, is retiring as of Friday.

Kullot said his goodbyes over police scanners on Friday afternoon, and Fillmore County confirmed the decision to ABC 6 News shortly thereafter.

Kullot served as the director for 33 years, and in 2024, he earned an award for Outstanding Performance in Emergency Management.
