IA Senate passes anti-LGTBQ laws

(ABC 6 News) – LGBTQ advocates in Iowa are saying the two bills passed by the Iowa Senate will inspire both fear and violence.
Those two bills, one that requires students to use the bathroom that matches the gender they were assigned at birth and the other that bans gender affirming care for minors are now headed to the House for a full vote despite opposition.
