(ABC 6 News) – Iowa Teamsters are planning a protest after an “anti-union” bill was approved in a sub-committee.
Senate Study Bill 3158 would allow unions to be decertified if the employer fails to submit a list of employees to the Public Employment Relations Board.
Teamsters say the bill will effectively end all public-sector unions in the state.
Now, Teamsters say they plan to organize protests and rolling strikes in businesses across the state.
