Lane reductions on 3 Avenue Southwest in Rochester

(ABC 6 News) – Construction will reduce 3 Avenue Southwest in Rochester to one lane from 2 Street Southwest to 4 Street Southwest from Oct. 23 to 25 as the city works on nearby infrastructure, according to a statement from city.
