Lane reductions on 11th Ave. NW and Civic Center Dr. NW in Rochester planned next week

(ABC 6 News) – Contractors will be performing utility work leading to travel impacts on 11th Avenue NW and Civic Center Drive NW in Rochester.

The work will result in lane reductions from Monday, July 18 through Wednesday, July 20.

Traffic on 11th Avenue NW will be reduced to one land southbound while the right hand turn lane of westbound Civic Center Drive will be closed from 11th Avenue NW to the west.

Also, the sidewalk on the west side of 4 1/2 Street NW to the south will be closed. Pedestrians will be routed to the east side of 11th Avenue SW. In addition, the sidewalk on the north side of Civic Center Drive NW will be closed. Pedestrians will be asked to use the south side of Civic Center Drive NW.

Contractors will also be closing Opportunity Road NW from Industrial Drive NW to Schuster Lane NW on July 19 for a utility connection at a private property. Thereafter, Industrial Drive NW from Opportunity Road NW to the north will be closed on July 20.
