‘Protect His House’ holding active shooter training in Rochester
(ABC 6 News) – A group whose mission is to safeguard religious institutions and prioritize the safety and security of their congregations will be holding an active shooter awareness training class this weekend.
Protect His House will be at the Calvary Baptist Church located at 5905 Silas Dent Rd. NW in Rochester on Oct. 5 from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
According to Protect His House, the training session is an opportunity for the community to come together, learn, and support one another in creating a safer environment. They say, by participating, individuals contribute to a collective effort to protect their loved ones and neighbors.
