Minnesota Secretary of State attends election machine test

(ABC 6 News) – Minnesota voters will soon cast their ballots for the state’s presidential primary, and state officials are working to sure the election goes without major incident.
On Tuesday, Secretary of State Steve Simon visited an elections office in the metro and took part in election machine tests.
“I am here today to try to lead with the truth,” said Simon. “And the truth is that Minnesota’s elections are fundamentally fair, accurate, honest and secure”
Minnesota votes on march 5, otherwise known as Super Tuesday, alongside 16 other states conducting presidential primaries.
