Minnesota will try to legalize sports betting (again)

(ABC 6 News) – State Senator Jeremy Miller (R) hopes to garner a better response to last year’s failed sports betting bill.
According to Miller, the bill aims legalize sports betting in Minnesota with the support of legislators on both sides of the aisle.
The “Minnesota Sports Betting Act 2.0” is built on top of previous legislative efforts, with the goal of bringing in an estimated $100 billion in revenue to the state.
The Miller will introduce the bill on Feb. 12, 2024, the first day of the 2024 legislative session
