(ABC 6 News) – The owner of Minnesota’s oldest Dairy Queen is looking to hand off the reigns of the ice cream shop.
Located on North Broadway Avenue, Tim Spratte and his family opened the Rochester classic 1947, 38 years before the Blizzard was introduced to Dairy Queen’s roster.
The property is currently for sale by Realty Growth Inc., listed for $1.4 million.
