Regina is the Paws and Claws Humane Society Pet of the Week!

This BEAUTIFUL bulldog is about 3-years-old, she’s been at PCHS for less than a month, so we’re still getting to know her!

Dani is the Mower County Humane Society Pet of the Week.

Dani was featured as our Pet of the Week in the past, but she is still looking for her forever home.

This 4-year-old pup has been with MCHS since June 2020. She was found running loose and no one ever claimed her.

She looks like a mix of Australian and English shepherd, both of which are very intelligent dogs.

Dani does take some time to warm up to new people. Once she does, she is a sweet gal and is very affectionate.

Dani was adopted for many months and returned recently after her person suffered a debilitating injury and could no longer keep her. She bonds very closely with her person and would make a fantastic companion.

According to MHCS, Dani would do best in an experienced, ADULT only home. She needs someone who is very willing and able to continue with her training. She loves to learn and learns quickly. She does NOT like to be left alone for long hours and does require a lot of physical exercise and mental stimulation.

Dani can be hit or miss with other dogs. She has done okay with some male dogs. Cats are a no. A securely fenced yard would be ideal for her. She is not a dog for apartment living.

She has been vet checked and spayed. Her fee is $125.
