(ABC 6 News) – Wisconsin election officials have until 4 p.m. Wednesday to respond to a request to put Minnesota Congressman and presidential candidate Dean Phillips on the state’s presidential primary ballot.
Phillips asked the Wisconsin Supreme Court to be put on the ballot, saying he was excluded by top Democrats after President Joe Biden’s name was the only on listed for the April primary.
In New Hampshire, Phillips finished second to Biden.
The Wisconsin Democratic Party has not commented.
