(ABC 6 News)- The murder of 34-year-old Acea Spiegeler, who was shot and killed in February in Riceville, is being claimed as self defense.

Mitchell County Attorney Aaron Murphy said it is likely he will soon be calling for a grand jury in the death of Spiegeler.
