Riverland Community College celebrates new EDF Technical Training Center in Albert Lea

(ABC 6 News) — A new addition was celebrated at Riverland Community College’s Albert Lea campus on Wednesday.

A ribbon-cutting was held for the campus’ new technical training center, which will train wind and renewable energy technicians.

It was a collaboration between Riverland, EDF Renewables, and the State of Minnesota to help support the growing renewable energy sector.
