Rochester driver cited after hitting pedestrian on Thursday
(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester driver was cited after hitting a pedestrian on Thursday, according to the Rochester Police Department (RPD).
The incident happened on Highway 14 near Apache Mall around 1:30 p.m.
The driver was cited for Failure to Yield after striking the pedestrian. The person who was hit was transported by Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service and is being treated for minor injuries, according to RPD.
