Rochester man charged with burglary
(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man previously accused of sexually assaulting a child appeared on burglary charges Friday, Feb. 16.
David Ray Servin, 20, was charged Friday with one count of 1st-degree burglary and one count of domestic assault–commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death.
According to court documents, Rochester police responded to a NW residence after Servin allegedly entered the home via a garage door, causing the woman staying there to lock herself in a room.
According to court documents, Servin allegedly threatened to break the door down before exiting the home and being arrested by police.
His next burglary appearance is scheduled for Feb. 27.
Servin is scheduled to appear two days later, on Feb. 29, on a charge of 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 14, including penetration, as well as one charge of receiving stolen property–a firearm.
