Rochester parishioners safe after fleeing to Jordan

(ABC 6 News) – Parishioners with the Holy Spirit Catholic Church from Rochester visiting the Middle East have told church leadership they are safe and out of harm’s way.
The group of parishioners were visiting the Holy Land when the Hamas surprise attack began. We’re told by the Arch Diocese of Winona-Rochester the group has made it safely to Jordan and will remain there until their trip wraps up in late October.
