Though this winter has seen warmer than usual temperatures, organizers say they have prepared for anything.
“Well, if it’s 40 degrees, we tell people to dress approximately but come ready to party because, no matter the temperature, it’s going to be a great party,” said Kathleen Harrington, the interim executive of the Rochester Downtown Alliance. “So, we have been saying whether your wearing shorts and sandals or snow pants, it’s going to be fun.”
The event will run from Friday Feb. 23 and wrap up on Saturday at 10 p.m.
