Clear Lake Police Chief could leave the department soon

(ABC 6 News) – Clear Lake’s Police Chief has accepted another position in law enforcement and could be leaving the department soon.

Chief Pete Roth says he has accepted an offer contingent on City Council approval. ABC 6 News asked him the department he’s looking to join, but he hasn’t answered that question by email. Roth expects to know if he’s hired on Monday, April 17th.
