(ABC 6 News) – Accusations of bullying quickly escalated to potential child pornography charges at Wabasha-Kellogg high school.
The family of a 14-year-old boy said a photo of his privates without his knowledge was shared amongst numerous students at his high school.
The school district worked with police investigating and it’s now up to the Wabasha County Attorney to determine if anyone will face criminal charges.
ABC 6 News anchor James Wilcox spoke with Jack Rice, who is not connected to this case but is one of the prominent defense attorneys who have extensive experience handling child pornography cases. He’s also prosecuted these cases.
