Flash flooding hits southeastern Minnesota

(ABC 6 News) -A lot of rain has hit southern Minnesota and northern Iowa in the past 24 hours and flooding has caused issues for many.
From farm fields, parks, baseball fields and basements being flooded New Richland area has seen its share of flooding. But if anyone knows small town Minnesota, they know everyone is in it together, especially when things get tough.
