Marion Township man booked for second alleged trailer theft
(ABC 6 News) – Izaak Parker appeared in Olmsted County Court on charges of receiving or stealing a trailer valued at more than $10,000.
Parker is already suspected of stealing an Eyota family’s popcorn trailer in July of this year.

Parker is accused of taking a trailer belonging to the Jorde family (of Poppa J’s Kettle Corn), and removing all of the equipment within to his Marion Township residence.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office indicated that deputies had also located signs of drug possession while investigating the Jorde’s trailer theft.

Olmsted County law enforcement filed a new charge at the beginning of August.
Parker is further accused of possession of another stolen trailer dating back to April 5, 2022.
According to court documents, Rochester police heard from Winona County law enforcement that a stolen trailer was seen in the area.
Rochester police found the trailer attached to Parker’s pickup.
Parker told officers that he was borrowing the trailer from a friend, but would not give officers any information about that friend.
Rochester police arranged for the trailer to be returned to its owner in Winona.
Parker is scheduled to appear again in Olmsted County Court on both sets of trailer theft charges on Sept. 15, 2022.
