Masseuse pleads guilty to criminal sexual conduct with client
(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man pleaded guilty to non-consensually touching a massage client in Olmsted County Court Tuesday.
Qiguo Kang, 54, pleaded guilty to one charge of 5th-degree criminal sexual conduct — non-consensual sexual contact dating back to February 2020.
An additional charge of 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct — massage or bodywork for hire was dismissed.
Kang was accused of making sexual advances on a client at the SE massage parlor where he worked in 2020, first verbally, then by removing her clothing, massaging her lower body, and exposing her genitals.
Kang received an immediate sentence of two years of supervised probation and 99 hours of community service, in lieu of a $990 fine.
