Twins to unveil new marks, uniforms at MOA on Nov. 18
(ABC 6 News) – The Minnesota Twins announced they will unveil the team’s new marks and uniforms at the Mall of America Rotunda on Friday, November 18.
The daylong celebration will be from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and consist of several events.
The official unveiling will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with emcee Joe “Juice” Sutton, Twins players and front office staff. Fans can take photos with Twins players and front office staff from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and with Twins mascot, T.C. Bear, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
New Twins merchandise will also be available at the Twins store located in the Mall.
The Twins say the unveiling is the “beginning of the club’s next chapter – one inspired by yesterday’s heroes and built for tomorrow’s legends.”
In September, Twins’ President Dave St. Peter announced that fans can expect a refreshing change to the lettering, the logos, and the overall look of the team. The main colors of the team – the core red, white and blue – will not change.

Dustin Morse, Twins Vice President of Communications and Content says, “the last time that we did a brand refresh was ’86 or ’87, so it kind of felt like it was the right time to introduce a new look to our fanbase and our players,”
The Twins adopted their current home white uniforms in 2015. The gray road uniforms with “Minnesota” across the front were introduced in 2010, and the navy blue uniform top has been in use since 2011.
