Names of victims in fatal I-35 crash released

(ABC 6 News) – The names of the victims in the fatal crash that happened on Interstate 35 Friday afternoon have now been released.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 57-year-old Matthew Hansen and 56-year-old Cimberly Hansen, both of Urbandale, Iowa, were the two people who were killed in the crash.

It happened after three vehicles, including a semi-truck, collided around 1:30 p.m. Friday afternoon on I-35 near Fairbault.

The drivers of the other vehicles were not injured.

The names of the victims in the fatal crash that happened on Interstate 35 Friday afternoon have now been released.

This is the same place where a semi-truck and SUV collided last Sunday, causing a chain reaction involving six vehicles. Several people were hurt in that crash.
