Walmart expands cancer treatment options

(ABC 6 News) — Those working at Walmart and their families will soon have more cancer treatment options at Mayo Clinic.

Those covered by Walmart’s insurance and diagnosed with most types of cancer will be able to get a second opinion from Mayo Clinic.

Then, they can travel to Mayo for treatment if needed.

In the past, Walmart only covered certain cancers, but now it will cover almost all types.
