A quiet Tuesday for some, but snow not far away

Clouds and areas of fog will hold tight across southern Minnesota and northern Iowa Tuesday. While it will be quiet here, snow will be falling just to our southeast in portions of Iowa. It’s going to be a quick-hitting system around Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, and southern Wisconsin. We may see a few snowflakes or a bit of sleet, but it will be brief at best. If you’re traveling out of the area Tuesday, keep an eye on the weather where you’re going.
