Great Wednesday night for baseball!

The weather for the Honkers home opener is looking fantastic. If any stray thundershower does pop up, the downpour won’t last long and the odds of rain are looking pretty slim. Enjoy the summer warmth, stay cool, and keep an umbrella handy if you’re especially worried about your hair, although you probably won’t need it.

A warm and slightly unsettled trend continues into the weekend. A few thunderstorms will develop again Thursday afternoon, offering a few more of us a chance of rain, and Friday’s rain chances look better for more widespread, soaking rain. Keep your fingers crossed!

Some additional info below. A few of us picked up some fresh rain earlier Wednesday, and those showers are long gone now. The chance of rain continues thanks to the more humid air, sticking around through this weekend and into the start of next week.
