Hitting our quota of snow
Our seasonal snowfall now sits at 54.7″ at the Rochester Int’l Airport. It’s over 10″ above average to date for a typical winter and is above what is typical for an entire winter, which is 52.5″.
The last time we saw this much snow through March 10th was only a couple years ago, 2019/20 when we had a bit more than 58″ to date.
In case you’re wondering, this is the 28th snowiest season on record for RST. Reliable records date back to the Depression Era.
