Not as bright, still warm Wednesday

An approaching front will deliver more cloud cover tomorrow, and while the smoky haze sticks around, we’re looking at more sunshine later this week. There will be quite a difference in temperatures between southeast Minnesota and north-central Iowa Wednesday, with a range from about 70 in the northwest part of our forecast area to the mid-80s west of Mason City. Thursday will still be seasonably mild with highs around 70 before the weekend warms back up into the upper 70s and 80s.
