One last hot day
Temperatures are looking to take their plunge this weekend. We have one last mild day before taking the leap. Highs reach the upper 70s one more day.
This weekend, temperatures fall through the 50s into the 40s on Saturday. A soaking rain with periods of showers and t-storms is likely. Amounts will be streaky but most will come in near or just below 1/2″ of rain. Temps continue to flounder on Sunday. A few snowflakes mix in with the rain during the day. The problem with this time of year, during the day the sun angle is very powerful and we’ll struggle to garner much in accumulation. If you’re lucky, you’ll dabble with a dusting from time to time.
Temperatures do bounce back with sunshine next week. We’ll build through the 50s and into the 60s. Wednesday holds the next rain opportunity.
