Severe Storms Look Likely Saturday

The severe weather potential Saturday continues to increase for our area, which has kept the ALERT DAY status in place. We are going to be tracking the 2-8 PM timeframe Saturday for the better potential for severe weather.

All severe weather threats will be possible, with damaging wind the primary threat, however large hail & a few tornadoes will remain possible as well. We could see two waves of severe weather Saturday, so be sure to be weather aware all afternoon & evening. Heavy rain will be possible as well, with totals nearing the 1″ mark in the rain gauges.
