- Rochester Public Transit: Routes 21 through 26 will operate from 7 a.m. through 7:30 p.m.
- Olmsted County: Offices closed Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24
- Albert Lea: Offices closed Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24
- Austin: Offices closed Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24
- Mason City: Offices closed Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24
